All EU orders are delivered by GLS across mainland Europe, from our dedicated EU warehouse in Germany. 

When your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmatory email.

Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24 hour period where your items will be dispatched by our warehouse. 

Dependent on your location within the Europe, your order will then take 2-5 days. We will endeavour to deliver your order as soon as possible.

Your order will be dispatched from our EU business, so while delivery remains in the EU, all taxes, customs and duties are included within the delivery fee. In the rare occasion you are requested for additional payment for these fees, these shouldn't be paid and this can be raised with for us to investigate.

    Deliveries to mainland Europe that are made by road service, where possible, will not incur a dangerous goods surcharge.

    Please use our UK site, for all other 'Rest of the World' orders -  

    US, Canada and Mexico customers should use our US site - with local shipping rates. 

    Miller Harris do not accept any responsibility for orders delivered to third party addresses, freight forwarders, hotels etc. Our obligation is to deliver to the base address you select, if there are special arrangements beyond this street address, Miller Harris will not accept any responsibility for additional charges.



    We hope that you will be happy with your purchase but if you are not, we offer a full refund or exchange within 28 days of receipt as long as it is unused and in its original packaging. We regret that we cannot accept any product back if the cellophane wrap has been removed (unless faulty or damaged), as we are unable to sell this product to another customer.

    Upon delivery, if you notice that any of the products in your order are damaged or faulty, please raise a query with our customer services team with details of the damage for us to approve a replacement.

    If you wish to return an item, please contact to authorise your return, with details of your order number and our team will authorise your return and send details of the return address.

    Once our warehouse has confirmed receipt of your returned item/s, we will then be able to process your refund or exchange. 

    Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Original shipping charges, duties, taxes or tariffs will not be refunded. Once your order has been received and inspected please allow up to 5 working days for a refund to be credited back to your payment method.

    Any delivery costs paid in connection with the order are non-reimbursable or refundable.
